Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy

Booking accommodation online through the Armidale Motel , you ("the Customer"), agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Confirmation of bookings made requires payment to be made at the time of booking.
2. All room tariffs are calculated on the selected room rate and DO NOT include charges for extra persons or cot hire.
3. For cancellations For cancellations made within 48 hours of the day of arrival no refund of any payment shall be made.
Note: During Holidays, Peak Periods & Special events, reservation cancellation conditions may apply.
4. The Customer shall be required to provide a valid credit card at the motel on check-in to cover any additional charges and may also be required to provide photographic identification.
5. The Armidale Motel makes its best efforts to ensure that the information available on its website is accurate. However, the Armidale Motel cannot and does not guarantee that the website is free from any errors, faults or omissions and reserves the right to change information published.
6. The Armidale Motel does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of or connected with its website or for any products or services purchased from its website at any time.
7. The Armidale Motel offers are not commissionable to any registered travel agents.
8. The Customer must be at least 18 years of age to book accommodation on our the Armidale Motel website.
9. The Armidale Motel sells from an inventory database, and does not oversell that inventory.
